Sir: While innumerable foreign artefacts lie in the British Museum it ill becomes us as a nation to call any other collector a thief ("Pictures that prove the guilt of Moshe Dayan", 14 February). We should, in just reparation, donate a properly earthquake-resistant museum to Athens to house the Parthenon Marbles.
