Sir: "Known" English hooligans, "known" Irish terrorists - sound familiar?

I trust the Irish voices I heard on the radio this morning calling for the restriction of the rights of these known troublemakers to travel are not the same ones we hear opposing the internment of known terrorists on the grounds that everyone is innocent until proven guilty in the eyes of the law.
