Sir: Is there such a thing as "cold etiquette"? Yesterday I travelled on a long train journey trapped in my window seat by a young woman with a nasty cold, and, with the current prevalence of colds and flu, I fear developing her lively symptoms. Would a reader please enlighten me as to what one does in such a situation so as not to offend the sufferer?
