Letter: To bomb or not to bomb in Serbia

CHRISTOPHER BELLAMY says that comparing the KLA to the IRA is "inaccurate" ("Why the air attacks won't stop ethnic cleansing", 28 March). Presumably this is because the IRA does not share the KLA's tendency to cut off the genitalia, limbs and heads of its victims in the process of killing them.
