Sir: If, as is being put forward ('Child experts link crime to video nasties', 1 April), there is a link between videos and violence, why is it that those of us (the majority) who watch videos that are either pornographic or violent, or are by Michael Winner, do not go out and commit unspeakable crimes? Can one of the so-called experts explain this?
