Sir: Your leader writer ("Fear and Lothian in Westminster", 8 April) declares that with the establishment of a Scottish parliament, the jurisdiction of English and Welsh MPs in many matters would end at Hadrian's Wall. He is being economical with the geography, apparently consigning Northumberland to the Scots.
