Sir: So, John Major wishes to 'build an anti-yob culture'. Why? The yob has been one of the great export successes of the last decade or so. Around almost any Mediterranean holiday resort the British yobs can be seen enjoying themselves. Surely some award for industry is deserved by our yobs - or by our brewers?
