Letter: Worthy successor to Peter Jenkins

Sir: With reference to the letter ('Still feeling the loss of Peter Jenkins', 22 October) from Gillian Sathanandan, and while sharing her sense of loss, I feel I must put on record my admiration for the work of his successor. All through the present crisis Andrew Marr's commentaries have been well informed, lucid, perceptive and very well written - a credit to your newspaper.
