OH DEAR, what a clanger. And on the front page too! Even almighty Zeus could not persuade the Greeks to move their games to Mount Olympus (Cartoon, 24 January). They were held beside his temple at Olympia, a village in southern Greece, from 776BC until abolished by the Romans in AD392.
