Tam Dalyell's West Lothian Question ("Why Blair risked the wrath of Scotland", 30 June) regarding the rights of Scottish MPs who vote in a separate assembly to also vote on English issues, pales into insignificance when compared to the activities of the Ulster unionists.
Granted, they are a part of the United Kingdom assembly. But the way they have propped up the Conservative government and voted again and again for its hellish policies, which are destroying our society, must make many people seethe. To suit their own ends they blackmail the Government while the IRA regards this as provocation enough to begin taking life again.
If Tam Dalyell wishes to lose sleep, I suggest he considers his priorities a little more closely.
