l David Thomson's "Anatomy of a leading man", Sunday Review (19 February) was not even a display of informed wit, but rather low camp and adolescent sniggering masquerading as journalism. Is it surprising that Stephen Fry declines to read the papers if this is the kind of intellect-shrinking dross they offer him?
