Your heading over an article about me was unfair on the PR industry. The fact that I was not impressed by it 23 years ago does not justify "I discovered how bad many PR people are" (Business, 3 November). It has developed into a pounds 1bn-a-year industry precisely because so many practitioners are so effective.
