The financial packages you quote for Wessex Water's executive directors were wrong. Not only did you include an existing bonus and an estimated future bonus but also existing share options awarded over several years and a proposed LTIP which has not yet been approved by the shareholders. Our chairman's salary for 1995/96 was pounds 145,000 with a bonus of pounds 29,000, a total salary package increase of 0.55 per cent over the previous year.
