THE particular chic of Parisian litter arties and their poubelles is not typical of all work in this field ("Style, rubbish and semiotics", Review, 3 March). Altogether more robust and grittier examples were exhibited at the first Litter Art International in London 1993, and some very stylish post-post-modern ones in the second International in Vancouver last December.
