Robert Pattinson may have signed up to star in the new film from Christopher Nolan , but he's only read the script once - and was locked in a room while doing so.
The British actor, whose new film High Life will be released in the UK on 10 May, was recently confirmed to appear in the mysterious project alongside Elizabeth Debicki and BlacKkKlansman 's John David Washington. Sources have described the film as a "massive, innovative, action blockbuster".

“I got locked in a room to read the script – I don’t have it myself,” Pattinson said. “I’ve been a little wary of doing big movies for years and years, but there’s just something about Chris Nolan’s stuff. He seems like the only director now who can do what is essentially a very personal, independent movie that has huge scale. I read the script and it’s unreal.”
