Luxury fashion brand Shrimps has launched a summer-ready capsule collection with high street favourite Warehouse.

Best known for its candy-coloured faux fur coats, crystal hair clips and instigating the beaded bag trend that dominated Instagram last year, Shrimps has enchanted fashion fans ever since it launched in 2013.

The brainchild of 29-year-old London College of Fashion graduate Hannah Weiland, Shrimps has been a mainstay at London Fashion Week for years.

And now, fans will be overjoyed to hear that it is finally coming to the high street with a nostalgic, and very affordable, edit of summer holiday must-haves.

Inspired by the landscape of Italian beaches, the 40-piece collection includes everything from tiered cotton dresses and T-shirts to bucket hats, espadrilles and slinky halter-neck jumpsuits.

It also encompasses many of Shrimps’ signatures such as hand-drawn illustrations, girlish prints and a playful use of colour.

“If I was asked to describe Shrimps’ aesthetic it’d be British, painterly and feminine chic,” Weiland says.

Handbags are one of the most popular items from the British designer’s lineup, so it makes sense that accessories take centre stage in this collection too.

However, this time Weiland has swapped her trademark beaded numbers for carry-alls made from straw or vinyl gingham and covered in embellished floral gems.

The collection is online and in stores now with prices starting at £15. Scroll through the gallery above to shop the collection.
