Classic horror films to become available to stream for free on YouTube

Horror fans are in for a treat this January.

Later this month, NBCUniversal will be making seven classics available to watch for free on their YouTube site.

Among the remastered films that will be uploaded to the distributor’s Fear: The Home of Horror channel is Bela Lugosi film Dracula, which this year celebrates its 90th anniversary.

The Mummy, starring Boris Karloff, will also be available to watch as will James Whale’s’ Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein.

Whale’s The Invisible Man, starring Claude Rains in the title role, will also be added.

Frankenstein (1931) – 16 January, 8pm

Bride of Frankenstein (1935) – 16 January, 8pm

The Wolf Man (1941) – 17 January, 8pm

Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein – 17 January, 8pm
