This low-budget oddity, which is performed entirely in rhyming couplets, starts with a drenched, stark naked salesman, Victor (Iain Robertson), and a ripe Simon Callow voiceover explaining why this poor unfortunate has ended up in this predicament.

Callow is God, you see, and he's overseeing a weekend motivational course for salespeople (which include Harry Enfield's slimeball and Mackichan's mouthy estate agent). It's a bold effort from director Johnny Daukes, but the rhymes ("The worse it all gets/ The more they seem pleased/ Is everyone in the media diseased?") very quickly lose their charm.
