Letter: Kosovo
Sir: Since the beginning of the bombing of Yugoslavia, Nato has redefined the meaning of the word "civilian". TV stations, bridges, buildings and finally electricity power stations have been destroyed because they have been or are being used, looked at or built by military personnel. Soon, with no more targets left to bomb, the brave generals of Nato will make a final push: poisoning the air and water, since these commodities are also being enjoyed by the military on a regular basis.
