Sir: Unable as I am to distinguish between the aims and methods of the Albanian KLA in Serbia and the Kurdish PKK in Turkey, can I assume that if Slobodan Milosevic had taken Yugoslavia into Nato before beginning his ethnic cleansing in Kosovo, all the other countries in Nato would have assisted him in his fight against terrorism, rather than bomb him?
