Cheryl Cole won't make a fitness DVD because she looks 'awful' while exercising
Cheryl Cole says she has no intention of sharing her secrets to looking good with a fitness DVD - because fans would be horrified by how she appears when working out.
Although many stars such as Davina McCall have had huge success, Cole insisted she would not be following them because she looks "awful" exercising.
The former Girls Aloud singer, speaking on ITV's Daybreak this morning, said she has no career plans at the moment, with nothing in the pipeline - although she will not abandon music.
She said: "It's exciting that I actually don't have any plans for once, because I got a little way in with the third album and then decided to put it to one side so I could focus on the Girls Aloud tour."
Cole said she had been aiming to release a further single from her most recent album, but has shelved the idea.
But she reassured fans her music would continue: "Music is my life, music is my passion, my first love, so that will always be part of what I'm doing. But I actually don't have any plans right now."
Asked if she fancied releasing a fitness DVD, she said: "No, I look awful when I'm working out. The frizzy hair, the red face - it's not a pretty sight.
"It's not something you'd want on a big TV screen, trust me."
Cole said her former boss on The X Factor, Simon Cowell, had a lot of "making up" to do after he axed her from the US version of the show. Asked about his recent comment that she was one of the most beautiful women he had seen, she said: "I'll take that, he's got some making up to do."
