British rappers Headie One and Tion Wayne were reportedly involved in an incident on board a plane in Dubai.

A video circulated on Twitter apparently shows the two artists, both wearing protective facemasks, being held back by fellow passengers and shouting at one another.

One of the men trying to intervene (shown on the left wearing a blue shirt) was apparently Morrisson, another rapper.

The Twitter account for talent agency Represent London claimed that the rappers had been placed in custody, although The Independent has been unable to verify this.

Wayne denied reports of his arrest in a post to his Instagram Stories, commenting: “Ain’t no one been arrested, stop listening to lies.”

The Independent has contacted representatives for Headie One and Tion Wayne for comment.

Headie One released his debut album, Edna, earlier this year to positive reviews. The album includes collaborations with Future, Drake, Stormzy and Skepta.

Wayne just released a new single, “Deluded”, with fellow rapper Mist. This follows collaborations with Stormzy, 6lack, Dave and Rudimental, and his recent signing to Atlantic UK.
