Nicki Minaj is to host the MTV Europe Music Awards in Glasgow in November.
The US rapper and singer, who recently claimed her first UK number one single , will also perform at the awards.
Minaj, whose third studio album The PinkPrint will be released shortly, has been nominated in four categories including Best Female and Best Hip Hop.
She will also perform at the awards, which are celebrating their 20th anniversary.
The “Anaconda” singer performed her single “Bang Bang” last month with Jessie J and Ariana Grande at the MTV VMAs in LA, which saw Minaj suffer a wardrobe malfunction as her outfit became unpinned.
The MTV EMAs will be held in Glasgow for the first time, following the event in Amsterdam last year.
Eminem was the big winner of the 2013 EMAs, with Katy Perry, One Direction and Justin Bieber also taking home trophies from the city's Ziggo Dome
