My Bloody Valentine to headline Festival No.6

My Bloody Valentine have been announced as the final headliner at Festival No.6 in September.

The alternative rock band will join Manic Street Preachers, Chic and James Blake at the Welsh festival.

My Bloody Valentine returned with new album MBV earlier this year following a 22-year hiatus. Festival No.6 will be their only England and Wales festival date this summer.

Festival No.6 takes place over the weekend of 13-15 September 2013 in Portmeirion, Wales, where cult TV series The Prisoner was filmed.
