Selena Gomez releases music video shot on iPhone for new single Lose You to Love Me

Track is the singer’s first solo single of 2019

Selena Gomez has shared her new song “Lose You to Love Me” with fans, along with an accompanying video shot on the iPhone 11 Pro.

The track is the first solo single the singer and actor has released in 2019.

In a statement, she said: “This song was inspired by many things that have happened in my life since releasing my last album.

“I thought it was important to share the music, as I know many can relate to the fact that the road to self-discovery generally comes from the scars in one’s life.”

She added: “I want people to feel hope and to know you will come out the other side stronger and a better version of yourself.”

Gomez released “I Can’t Get Enough” with Benny Blanco, Tainy and J Balvin earlier this year, and appeared in the Jim Jarmusch film The Dead Don’t Die.
