The soundtrack to your childhood has arrived via this 20th anniversary Pokémon vinyl

Nothing says nostalgia like a Poké Ball-patterned vinyl disc

This year sees Pokémon celebrate its 20th-anniversary making early-Nineties kids everywhere start to feel extremely old.

A whole crop of celebrations are in place for the anniversary which officially falls on 27 February - the best of all, though, is the arrival of this commemorative collector's vinyl.

Distributed by Moonshake records, it features every track composed by Junichi Masuda for the original Red and Blue game.

They haven't missed a gimmick with the vinyl disc either - it's designed so as to look like your very own Poké Ball, embossed with all the characters from the universe.

Just don't go throwing it around shouting out Pokémon names

Now instead of fishing out your old Gameboy to reminisce on battles with wild creatures like Weedle, you can sit back, close your eyes and listen to this.

Only 500 copies of the vinyl were made which have all, unsurprisingly, sold out - but you can request a notification update from Turntable Lab should you be interested in acquiring one.
