It may be Aerosmith's first all-new album in 11 years, but MFAD! finds them sounding like exactly what they are, namely an airbrushed, Massachusetts version of the Stones.

They're the same incorrigible old rock slags they always were, right down to "liquor in the front, poker in the back" gags, and you either find that adorable or you don't. "I think it's time to realise it's done", Steven Tyler sings on "Tell Me", but one suspects that's a realisation he will never have.
