This year’s The Apprentice might be the most dramatic since Katie Hopkins, with Scott Saunders quitting and Selina Waterman-Smith threatening a “tell all interview” about how “shameful” she considers the BBC One show to be.

Waterman-Smith was fired as Lord Sugar’s business partner on Wednesday night after her 'negative' attitude riled her fellow candidates and she failed to sell any properties in the task.

A quick look at her Twitter feed reveals she is fuming about her reported treatment by producers.

“I pity a show that’s so crap it has to discuss anything non-business related about its candidates,” she wrote in one tweet. “Shameful, poor taste and lame.”

In another, she confirmed she is “prepared to do a tell-all interview to any papers about the dreadful producers and what happens”.

Last month, Waterman-Smith revealed that she would not be appearing on BBC Two spin-off The Apprentice: You’re Fired because she has “broken contract with the show”. Her tweet has since been deleted but was screen-grabbed by Digital Spy.

“I feel like I’ve been bullied and verbally and physically attacked, which hasn’t been shown,” she said, after reports emerged of a clash with fellow candidate Charleine Wain outside the boardroom.

“If I could turn back time I would not have applied for The Apprentice. I thought it was a credible business show but I now can see that I was naive.”

Representatives for The Apprentice are yet to respond to our request for comment.

The Apprentice airs at 9pm on Wednesdays.
