Bob Saget death: John Stamos, Steve Martin and Kat Dennings lead tributes to Full House star
Comedian has died aged 65 after being found unresponsive at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Florida

Tributes have begun pouring in for Bob Saget who has died aged 65.
News of the comedianās death was confirmed early this morning (10 January).
Saget was pronounced dead at the scene after he was found unresponsive at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando, Florida, according to the Orange County Sheriffās Office.
The actor was best known for his role as Danny Tanner on the hit sitcom Full House, which ran on ABC from 1987 to 1995. The actor returned when the series was revived on Netflix in 2016, retitled Fuller House.
His family have issued a statement confirming the death of āour beloved Bobā and invited fans āto join us in remembering the love and laughter that Bob brought to the worldā.
Marvel star Kat Dennings ā who acted opposite Saget in the sitcom Raising Dad ā was one of the first to pay tribute to the late actor on Twitter.
Dennings wrote: āOh god. Bob Saget!!! The loveliest man. I was his TV daughter for one season and he was always so kind and protective. So so sorry for his family.ā
John Stamos ā who starred as Uncle Jesse on Full House ā wrote that he was ābrokenā and āguttedā in response to the news.
āI am in complete and utter shock,ā wrote Stamos on Twitter. āI will never ever have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby.ā
Candace Cameron Bure ā who played Dannyās daughter DJ Tanner ā also paid tribute to Saget on Twitter.
āI donāt know what to say. I have no words. Bob was one of the best humans beings Iāve ever known in my life. I loved him so much,ā wrote Bure.

Talk show host Jon Stewart called Saget āthe funniest and nicestā, while The Facts of Life star Norman Lear said that Saget was āas lovely as he was funnyā.
Lear wrote: āWe were close friends and I could not have loved him more.ā
Steve Martin responded to the news of Sagetās death, calling it a āsad day for comedy worldā.
āBOB⦠it was great to know you⦠Oh are you going to make God blush,ā wrote Henry Winkler, referring to Sagetās non-family friendly jokes.
Fellow comedian Mike Young said that āmy comedy will be my tributeā. The pair toured together for 10 years. Young added: āTo work without you already hurts.ā
Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos and former Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger also paid tribute to Saget on social media.
Andy Cohen praised Saget for being āso generous with his feelingsā while Ben Stiller called the late actor āan incredibly kind and funny personā.
Comedian, director and producer Judd Apatow (previously The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up) said that Saget was āthere for everyoneā, calling him āa beautiful soulā.
Billy Crystal, Chelsea Handler, Communityās Joel McHale, Ken Jeong, Kathy Griffin and The Office star BJ Novak were also among those to pay tribute to the comedian.
Saget is survived by his wife Kelly Rizzo and three children.
