Find out the first thing you watched on Netflix

And everything you viewed since

Netflix has been streaming content for nearly a decade now, if you count the embryonic days when it only had a couple of thousand films.

Unlike traditional TV viewing, which is lost in the haze of your memory, everything you’ve ever watched on Netflix is recorded and listed (welcome to 2016).

To find out the very first thing you viewed, and everything else for that matter:

> Go to the Netflix homepage

> Click your avatar in the top right and then ‘Your Account’

> Select ‘Viewing activity’ from the My Profile section

> Scroll right down to the bottom (may take a few seconds to load chunks of time)

This function is also interesting/useful for pinpointing what you were watching at certain points in your life (hello Funny Games back-to-back with 10 Things I Hate About You) and finding out who’s been using your account (click ‘See recent account access').
