Model and television personality Nadia Forde has become the second person to leave I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!

The Irish star found herself in the bottom two with fellow model Kendra Wilkinson, but the American Playboy model received more votes from the public.

Forde might have begun jungle life in poverty as a resident of the Celebrity Slammer, but she still said the experience was "incredible".

Speaking to hosts Ant and Dec as she was evicted, the aspiring actress and singer, 25, said: "I didn't know what to expect.

"It has just been incredible, it was such a roller coaster.

"It makes me appreciate everything on the outside so much more. I cannot wait to get back to Ireland."

In last night's episode Michael Buerk passed his first bushtucker challenge with flying colours.

The journalist was teamed up with Vicki Michelle for the challenge, which saw the pair tied to a giant wheel that dunked them both in a water tank. The 'Allo 'Allo! actress grabbed balls and passed them to Buerk, who had to throw them in a basket in exchange for food.

They won seven meals for the camp, impressing campmate Carl Fogarty. He said: "They've done really, really well. They can go again. Very impressed with them both actually."

Their success raised spirits in the camp after the exit of former footballer Jimmy Bullard, who was the first contestant kicked out of the show after suggestions he had bullied Jake Quickenden - who Forde tipped for the jungle crown.

Ex-Premier League star Bullard suffered a huge fall from grace after he appeared to have been picking on his fellow camper, with bookies saying his early exit was one of the show's biggest ever shocks.

Many turned against him after he clashed with former X Factor hopeful Quickenden in a foul-mouthed rant in which he demanded: "Why the f*** are you in here? What are you? What sort of skill have you got?"

After his exit last night, Bullard - who styled himself as the camp's jester - said his comments had simply been "banter".

And reflecting on the issue this morning, he told ITV's Lorraine show: "It does come across to the outside as harsh. I can understand that. I knew what I was letting myself in for. But believe me, on the inside it was nothing like that."

The 36-year-old was given his marching orders after 17 days in the Australian jungle and said he celebrated his departure with a "fry-up".

The former Wigan, Fulham and Hull midfielder left the show after losing a public vote against Fogarty, television personality Melanie Sykes and rapper Tinchy Stryder.
