Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne’s credit cards ‘maxed out’ by fraudster
Couple’s cards were rejected in a store
Sharon Osbourne has claimed that someone fraudulently “maxed out” her and her husband Ozzy’s credit cards.
Speaking on this week’s episode of her show The Talk, Osbourne said she was trying to buy her daughter Kelly a birthday present when her and Ozzy’s credit cards were both rejected in a shop.
“It didn't go through,” Osbourne said. “Someone rang up charges and maxed out Ozzy's card and my card. I called through to the credit card company and they go, 'No, no, no, you're maxed out, so is Ozzy.’ I'm like, 'I don't go to that store, or to that store.’”
When co-host Eve asked if it was fraud, Osbourne replied: “Yeah.”
Osbourne added that her credit card company is investigating the fraudulent charges.
The Osbourne family made headlines last month after Ozzy recalled trying to kill Sharon in the past.
The Black Sabbath frontman was arrested for the attempted murder of his wife in 1989.
The couple have been married since 1982 and have three children together, Kelly, Jack and Aimee.
