Strictly Come Dancing 2014: Caroline Flack looks set to waltz away with the glitterball trophy

Former X Factor presenter Caroline Flack is odds on to win ITV’s rival Saturday night entertainment show Strictly Come Dancing this year.

Flack, 35, is one of four remaining celebrities and their professional dance partners taking part in the final BBC1 dance competition tomorrow night.

On Saturday night Strictly will be split into two parts, taking place as usual from 6.30pm with a results slot at 8.50pm.

Bookmakers have revealed that Flack’s prospects have gone up since last week when she claimed the first perfect score of 40 points from the judges.

Flack is the favourite with the Saturdays’ Frankie Bridge next in line for the trophy, according to the most recent bets. Blue singer Simon Webbe is next and The Only Way Is Essex’s Mark Wright the ranked outsider.

William Hill said it has received bets of up to £2,000 on Flack which had put her price way out in front at 8/13. Bridge is at 2/1, Webbe is 9/1 and Wright is 12/1 outsider.

Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams said: "Caroline is attracting more bets than the rest of the contestants put together - but it looks very close and any of the four remaining contestants could win this."

By coincidence the other big TV final at the weekend, BBC1's finale of The Apprentice, also features a contestant called Mark Wright, who is up against Bianca Miller.
