The Beach Day Bundle giveaway (“Giveaway”) is run by Decathlon UK Ltd (“Decathlon”), whose registered office is situated at Head Office, 9 Maritime Street, London, England, SE16 7FU, during the period from 27th June, 2025 to July 18th, 2025 (“Period”).

The Giveaway is happening with the collaboration of The Independent and is exclusive to Decathlon members.

The Giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.

There will be 1 Giveaway available, and the winner will be picked at random.

The winner will be contacted by The Independent by email requesting the necessary details. Winner has 7 days to provide their details and prize choice once contacted by The Independent, otherwise another winner will be picked.

You accept all these terms and conditions by taking part in the Giveaway.

The Giveaway include no costs associated and is not specifically included in the prizes, for example, travel or other expenses.

The Giveaway is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes (unless otherwise directed by Decathlon UK).

You shall not assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of all or any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
