Grassroots Shakespeare London, nominated for Best Production and Best Ensemble at the Off West End Awards 2012, are bringing a pair of much-loved, passionate Shakespearean classics to London. Their Summer of Love season at Islington's Old Red Lion Theatre follows on from a five-star, sell-out Christmas repertory season of A Midsummer Night's Dream and The Tempest, with a single ensemble of actors.

Until 27 July, they will be performing Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare's passionate, heart-breaking tale of two star-cross'd lovers caught between their warring families, and Love's Labour's Lost, a delightful romp through the countryside packed full of sexual innuendo, lusty intrigues and frisky frolics.

Tickets are normally £15, but Independent readers can get tickets for £10 plus booking fee (£1.50 per ticket), saving 1/3 on the usual price.
