The boxing element of Wii Sports might be simplistic but it has an army of loyal fans. Don King: Boxing attempts to marry a more realistic style with the Wii’s hands-on controls. The result isn’t entirely successful – too much attention has been paid to capturing the likenesses of fighters and too little time has been spent on making the resulting matches fun to be a part of. The frantic pace and sense of humour of Wii Sports are sadly lacking from this big-name bout of fisticuffs.
