Wong Singh Jones is a multi-cultural, multi-coloured melting pot. Formed in 1991 by Paul Spencer and Sophie Conran, WSJ is an exciting amalgamation of cultural styles, religious paraphernalia and cutting-edge gimmicks, "bright, modern and up for a laugh".

The five people in the Wong Singh Jones collective travel the world in search of stock, bringing together a diverse range of merchandise. Simon Hibbett, the Australian manager, is enthusiastic about the global connection. "We pride ourselves on treating these cultures with respect, especially with the display and promotion of their religious and spiritual articles. We are aiming to show all visitors to our shop the pleasures of everyone else's sense of taste and style." Wong Singh Jones 253 Portobello Road, London W11 (0171-792 2001)
