read... Double Dip by Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield (Simon & Schuster, pounds 16.99). I'll speak plainly, I love Ben & Jerry. Not only do they make possibly the best ice-cream ever sold, but they manage to do so in an ethical, non-big-business way. This book describes their management philosophy and the history of their company. If only it came with a free pint.
