Bikinis and swimsuits: The best high street swimwear
It's not too late to shop for your holiday wardrobe, here is an edit of the best bikinis and swimsuits still available on the high street
Swimwear has been on the rails in our stores since February, so for those whose getaways actually take place during the summer holidays, there's often very little left. Luckily there's a select few suits still available which will ensure you make it to the sea in style.
Stifling hot changing rooms and unflattering mirrors mean that bikini shopping is unlikely to be a favourable pastime for most. Couple that with having to rifle through sale racks for mismatched swimsuits and you have a recipe for disaster.
Luckily the high street has realised that we won’t all buy our holiday wardrobe as soon as it hits the shop and there are still some perfectly lovely options still available.
For those looking for coverage stick to swimsuits. Gone are the days where Speedo sports-inspired styles were the only option available, luckily now one-pieces have gone into their own.
Black is not only flattering but also classic and New Look’s strapless style with a sweetheart neckline will complement a fuller bust. Marks and Spencer’s monochrome suit features a black waistband and stitch detailing in just the right places to slim the silhouette.
