New infographic shows a history of Royal wedding dress designs
Wedding dresses are a big deal by any standards, but when you happen to be a member of a Royal family what you wear on your wedding day will be front page news (no pressure).
Following the wedding of Prince Carl Philip of Sweden to Sofia Hellqvist at the weekend - online retailer Zalando has commemorated 100 years of Royal wedding gowns with a new infographic showing the most famous dresses of the last century.
From Grace Kelly to Princess Diana and Kate Middleton - 38 royal wedding dresses have been sketched out with details on each one revealed included designer, fabric and cut details.
Noticeably absent from the infographic is Camilla Parker Bowles, who married Prince Charles in 2005 wearing a dress and coat design by Robinson Valentine.

Show all 9The infographic begins with the Queen Mother, Elizabeth who married King George VI in 1923 wearing a typical 20s style dropped waist silk crepe design.
The latest entry is for Tatiana of Monaco who married in 2013 wearing a silk organza boho design by Missoni.
The dress worn by Princess Sofia of Sweden for her wedding on Saturday - a lace and organza gown custom made by designer Ida Sjöstedt - reminiscent of Kate Middleton's Alexander McQueen bridal look, is yet to be added to the graphic.
