Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit trailer out for revenge

Arkedo's beat-em-up is bright, brash and just the right kind of crazy.

When Ash, Prince of Hell, gets caught in the tub with his rubber duck by his fellow hellish monsters he does what all reasonable manifestations of evil do: sets out to kill them all.

Hell Yeah! is a side-scrolling beat-em-up with the kind of brash, bold visuals which invoke memories of Capcom’s Viewtiful Joe and, I think it’s fair to say, more than a little of the same tongue-in-cheek style humour.

Developed by Arkedo Studio and set to be published by Sega, Hell Yeah! is billed as ‘a game designed to clear your mind, put a smile on your face and bring a little bit of peace to mankind.’ After tracking its developement for a while I’ve no hesitation in saying that it’s not only set to be one of the more weird and wonderful creations at this year’s E3, but a game rapidly gaining ground on ‘must see’ games of this year’s show.

Expect the game to release this summer as a download-only title for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
