Health Update: Migraine relief

WEARING an elastic headband can give considerable relief during a migraine attack, researchers in Canada have found. The band is used to hold in place rubber discs which apply local pressure to the scalp. It was found to be effective in 14 out of 23 attacks, reports Headache.
