PLAYING Mozart during GP consultations lowers patient stress, a study has found. Dr Jonathan Kabler, a GP in Horsham, West Sussex, played continuous taped background music - Mozart's piano concertos numbers 7 and 21 - to see how patients reacted. The results, published in the British Journal of General Practice, showed that 83 per cent of patients approved.
