Instead, it was the fact that she wore her hair in braids despite having been heavily criticised for wearing them previously.
The controversial look served as a painful reminder of the moment Kardashian debuted the hairstyle on her Snapchat story back in January.
Followed by a series of Instagram photos, she referred to the look as “Bo Derek” braids after movie star Bo Derek, who wore the hairstyle in the 1979 film 10.
At the time, critics called out Kardashian for cultural appropriation to which she simply replied, “Hi, can I get zero f***s please? Thanks.”

She did have some fans on her side though, many of whom defended the star’s right to wear her hair how she wants.
“This cultural appropriation shit is getting on my damn nerves. If Kim Kardashian wants to wear braids then she will wear braids,” someone commented.
Another added: “It’s a hairstyle, get over it.
