"I like order, although that does not necessarily mean that I'm tidy, someone else does that. My desk is fantastic, Twenties Art Deco. I can't remember the designer's name, but if it had been signed it would be worth a fortune. I bought the Dolce and Gabbana sunglasses (1) after a trip to LA. I'd had eye laser treatment so they told me to wear dark glasses. The Dolce and Gabbana is the fashion-victim element creeping in, but a good buy all the same. The framed photograph (2) is of Nick Moran who plays the lead in Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. I designed his suits for the film. I was really touched when he sent me the signed picture, maybe I should get all my clients to do that. The pen-holder (3) was given to me by my ex-wife's parents. The book (4) is our selling book - it tells you what style suits you can have and in what colourways. We used to do it on boards (5), but I think the book is really slick. Next to the book are my spring/summer 1999 tie colourways (6). I love designing ties, the possibilities are endless. My Rolodex (7) is my list of celebs! Only joking, it's got everyone's number, from friends to clients, it's open at one of my best mates, Ben, he's a writer. The Art of Simple Fitting book is indispensable. I've had it for ages."
