Retail search terms around the world with the largest increase in hits for the week ending October 30 according to Experian Hitwise.*

" Ticketmaster," " ticketmaster take that," and variations of this term dominated the entire top ten of UK searches with the largest week on week increase. Tickets for aging boy band Take That's upcoming 2011 tour of the United Kingdom went on sale on October 29, and according to the website of ticketing agency Ticketmaster on November 2, there are very few tickets left.

A new graphic novel entitled " Superman: Earth One"  was one of the search terms with the biggest week on week increase in the United States. The book re-imagines Superman's origins in a more modern context, with the man of steel wearing a hooded jumper and using a mobile phone; Superman: Earth One is available to buy on amazon.com for around $19.99 (14.28€). Men's dress shirts, tablet computers and the Canon PowerShot S95 compact digital camera which was released in August were also popular search terms in America.  

" EB Games," an online video game retailer, was amongst the search terms with the biggest week on week increase in Australia. The Australian version of the international entertainment site EB Games is offering a chance to win a miniature beer fridge to all customers who pre-order the much anticipated game Call of Duty: Black Ops.

In Singapore the term "Sigma 30 1.4" and variations were amongst the most searched-for over the last seven days. The term Sigma 30 1.4 refers to a fixed zoom lens which can be attached to compact digital cameras, the lens retails online for around $439 (314€); "cheap dogs for sale" was also a popular search term.
