Hong Kong still the king of world office rental prices
Hong Kong has again topped the list of the world's most expensive cities in which to rent office space, ahead of London's West End, according to the property brokerage Colliers International.
Space costs an average of $213.70 per square foot per year, against $150.20 per square foot in the West End and $111.92 per square foot in Paris. Tokyo and the City of London ranked fourth and fifth. Geneva, with a vacancy rate of just 2.5 per cent, has the tightest office market.
