New boss gets rid of 550 staff at HQ
Everything Everywhere, the parent company of mobile networks Orange and T-Mobile, is cutting 550 head-office jobs.
The cull – equivalent to 4 per cent of the workforce – follows the arrival in September of the new chief executive, Olaf Swantee, who cut the leadership team by a quarter.
