Luke Smith from Leeds: As someone bullied at school, I would offer the pupils the insight that life does get better.

Fiona Potigny from Exeter: It’s a cliché, but be adventurous. Try new things. Take every opportunity. Don’t let fear of not being good enough hold you back from taking a leap – so many things I would have been involved in had I not felt this way.
