The inaugural meeting of the Bhutan Society of the UK was held yesterday evening at Dartmouth House, London W1. Lord Wilson of Tillyorn accepted the office of President of the Society. Mr Simon Bowes Lyon was nominated as Chairman and Mr Michael Rutland as Vice-Chairman and Honorary Secretary. The meeting was followed by a Bhutan National Day reception.
